Adslot Signs Three More Major Global Publishers
Dear Shareholder,
You may have already seen our ASX announcement this morning regarding the signing of three more premium publishers to the Adslot Media platform in the US and UK.
The three major publishers announced were:
- Bloomberg;
- Financial Times; and,
- DMG Media (formerly Associated Newspapers) – publishers of the Daily Mail, Metro and This Is Money.
All of these major publishers will have their premium ad inventory available for purchase on the Adslot Media marketplace in multiple countries around the world.
In addition, the Financial Times has gone one step further, and is now using the Adslot Media platform as their preferred (and ultimately exclusive) sales channel for ad buys under a certain value threshold. This gives FT significant operational efficiencies, and allows their sales teams to focus on larger and more complex media sales.
What does this mean for Adslot?
These publisher deals significantly enhance and expand Adslot’s available inventory offering to advertisers (agencies and brands), especially in the Business, Lifestyle and Travel segments, which in turn is expected to drive activity and bookings on the platform in future quarters.
Further, the Financial Times stated intention to automate many of their direct sales orders via Adslot Media is also expected to significantly increase activity on the platform in future quarters, as FT.com’s sales team start diverting certain-sized incoming ad sales to the Adslot Media platform for booking, execution and payment.
As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Wishing you all a great weekend ahead.
Kind regards,
Andrew Barlow
