Adslot Launches GroupM Marketplace
Dear Shareholder,
Adslot announced today that trading has commenced on Adslot Media’s white-labelled GroupM marketplace in the UK, which is part of the GroupM Premium Supply Initiative. (This initiative has has been in place since 2017, and is live in 10+ markets for GroupM globally.)
The GroupM Premium Supply Initiative exists to connect GroupM‘s clients directly with high-quality premium publishers, which is exactly what the Adslot platform has been designed and built to do. This direct connection enables GroupM to:
- access the highest quality publisher inventory available;
- leverage their buying scale; and,
- enable operational simplicity and efficiency.
This new white-labelled Adslot Media marketplace for GroupM represents the first time GroupM have adopted a purpose-built solution for direct-to-publisher trading, rather than using pre-existing programmatic solutions.
Adslot anticipates activity on the platform scaling over the September and December 2021 quarters, with hopes the solution will be rolled out to other GroupM Premium Supply Initiative markets once the UK has scaled.
Although still early days, Adslot is excited by the potential of this opportunity as it evolves.
