Adslot Appoints East Wind Advisors to Assist with Strategic Review

In response to inbound interest and ongoing discussions with industry partners, combined with an internal review that has led the Board to believe the “sum of the parts” of the business may be worth substantially more than the current market-listed value of the Company – the Company has today appointed New York boutique investment and advisory firm East Wind Capital to further assist in its strategic review process.
